His employers have included Bank of America, Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Whinney and the State of California. Dennis was also the Director of Tax Administration for American President Companies, Ltd. for four years. Since 1990, Dennis has maintained his own accounting firm, including the former accounting partnership of Middleton & Middleton.

With his former employers, Dennis was responsible for financial tax planning, tax return filings, financial statement tax provision and reserve accounting. He also reviewed major investment proposals to determine reasonableness for financial and tax purposes. In addition, Dennis conducted financial statement audits, managed and approved budgets, cash positions, and set policies and procedures.

Dennis provides financial and business consulting advice, tax planning and tax return preparation. He also offers services in the areas of estate and trust accounting, and business management for entertainers and high net-worth individuals.

Dennis holds an M.B.A., Taxation from Golden Gate University (1982), and a B.S., Accounting from San Francisco State University (1975). He is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
